Grief is a personal journey that is unique to you.
There is no right way or wrong way to grieve, only your way. This journal is for you to use as you see fit as you move through the emotional ups and downs of this new you, of this new life.
There are no page numbers, there are illustrations rather than questions, and there is no particular order that you need to follow. Find what speaks to you. Color the illustrations if you like. Use the blank part of the page to express your thoughts and feelings. Come back to that page again as you move further down the road.
My hope is this book will help you. I hope with time your pain will ease and you can breath again. We will always love and miss the special people who were part of our lives.
