Please find our rates for shipping within Canada and the US below.

Our shipping rates vary based on the item and the distance it will travel; we are careful to correctly package and insure all items to ensure their safe arrival.

If you require a customized shipping quote for items over $400 or for shipping overseas, please send us an email at store@bluerockgallery.ca. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada are tax-exempt.

We also offer a local hand-delivery option within 7 days of purchase for a fee of $20. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as local, please feel free to ask!

Free in-store pickup is also available! We are open 364 days a year from 10 - 6.

Shipping to a Third Party

To streamline our shipping operations and ensure prompt and efficient delivery, we do not offer to ship items sold in-store on behalf of clients to third parties. Our shipping processes are optimized for online orders placed directly through our system, allowing us to maintain accurate inventory records, shipping documentation, and timely dispatch.

By centralizing our shipping operations, we can provide a more reliable and expedited service to all our customers. If you wish to send a gift to someone, we encourage you to place the order through our online store or contact us for assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process.

Returns/Exchanges

Items purchased at the Gallery can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase in the original purchase condition.
