As a kid I loved being outdoors, riding bikes, picking flowers and chasing butterflies.
This past summer I spent one week at Flower moon farm with Janice Tanton, her husband Kevin and their animals. My heart felt full - a beautiful life is all around us. I find inspiration everywhere. I hope this show sparks memories of rural Alberta and the beauty around us.
My art has always begun with inspiration; memories of childhood, beautiful places, travel, mother nature and many road trips. I have always had a desire to bring these places and memories to life through art.
The joy of the process truly makes my heart sing.
I am honoured to share these works with you at the Bluerock Gallery in the beautiful setting of Diamond Valley.
This show is dedicated to the generosity of fellow artist and friend, Janice Tanton.
