Bluerock Gallery represents a select group of contemporary fine artists, most of whom live and work in Alberta. Almost every media is present at any given time in the gallery. We love art that is from the heart, and include everything from landscapes to abstracts and figurative works. We do not exhibit reproductions of any kind, nor fine art photography.
Please do your research – visiting our gallery in person is good, and checking out our website. If you think your art might a be a good fit – keep in mind quality and content – then we invite you to approach us with your own art.
To submit your art for consideration, please email up to 6 images of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org
Include the size, medium and price. Also include images and prices of your 3 most recent sales. Indicate approximately how many works you have produced in the past 12 months.
Include your location, email address, website and phone number.
We receive too many inquiries to be able to respond to every request for submission. Do not telephone the gallery to inquire about submissions. If we are interested in your work, we will contact you.
We request that you do not send or bring unsolicited artwork to the gallery. Please do not “drop in” with your artwork. (We might even get grumpy if you do, but probably not visibly, which doesn’t serve your submission well…!)
We are always interested in new work, so if you read through these guidelines and take them to heart, and believe you are a good fit for our gallery, we look forward to hearing from you!
Comments will be approved before showing up.
